SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

Earth is all we have in common and we will never progress if we don't change our ignorance towards Environmental conservation. Improper solid waste management endangers our health and safety, causes air pollution, blocks our sewer systems, endangers marine life and pollutes quality of soil. This limits the sustainability of resources to our future.
Overpopulation and advancement in technology has led to the increase of waste generation. People have become more consumer oriented and will dispose waste they produce without acknowledging the dangers it imposes. Major world disasters happening today eg the Australia wild fires are happening due to our negligence to conserve Nature.
Some of the strategies we can use to minimise waste is by recycling used bottles and plastic bags, composting kitchen remains into nutrients rich in soils for quality agricultural produce, reusing old shopping bags and bottles. Always be helpful in providing information on our depleting Resources to help people join the conservation initiative. Through our stewardship and protecting our resources, Nature will sustain not only our needs but that of the future.
